Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help! We allow exchanges or returns up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Exchange - Ordered the wrong size? It happens!
We will help you get the right size as soon as possible:

1. Email us at support@revossa.com with your order number and desired size, and we will inform you about your exchange options.
2. Depending on your choice, the new size can be on its way to you within 24 hours!

Returns - Want to return an item? That’s possible too!
To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@revossa.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return, and we will provide you with return instructions.
2. You will receive a return form from us. Fill it out as clearly as possible and include it in your return package.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds for items purchased with an additional discount code applied on the sale price. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or returned for store credit.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our fault.

Only unworn and tagged products can be returned.
